The best gift we could ever ask for!

Bridger started playing with my ribbon as I was getting ready to decorate the Christmas tree and he was having so much fun, I had to get some pictures. Oh to see the world in a child's eyes!

Thanks! Thank you! (and Movember too)

Before we go on to things we are grateful for...let me just say I was very nice this month to let Taylor fulfill a life long dream of his to grow out his mustache for all of November...thus Movember! He loved every minute of it too, but December 1st it was out of here. I'm still very proud of him though and the good cause Movember is dedicated too...to help raise funds for men's cancer research. It also came in very nicely :)
So much to be thankful for!
Bridger loved Tay's mustache because Tay would tickle his neck and tummy with it :)
Bridger and Connor...so cute and matching too!
Thanksgiving dinner with the family...notice we have many "kids" tables...there are so many of us now and we are down in St. George that we definitely couldn't all sit on the same table.
(Ali, Nate, Amber, Brig)
(Jeff, Cami, Taylor, Bridger)
We also had some cousins and my Grandpa Richards join us
Aubs and Dad
Such cute chubba cheeks, I just want to eat them!
Bridger is so ticklish now and it's so fun to get him laughing really hard
Lucky Grandpa got to watch all three boys while we went to the movie Tangled (loved it)...thanks Grandpa!
Tay went out shooting a couple of times with the boys and had a blast! (pun intended :)
notice the pieces of clay pigeon sprayed through the air...good job babe

and of course on the way home we had Bridger listen to some Christmas music...he loves it and we can't wait for him to have his first Christmas.

Before we move on...

So I have a Thanksgiving post coming, but before we move on to that and on to Christmas, I wanted to post a few pics from November...
We went to the Griffins where I did a super fun craft with Megan and Tay and Bridger played with the boys (Dan, Axton, and Gabe). I'm so glad I was invited and loved doing this fall wreath.

So they got a few of the materials from a wholesale flower place, but most of them came from around Provo... up canyons and by the lake...who knew making a wreath that would be very expensive in a store ended up costing a total of 20 dollars to make?! So fun to make too!

So we finally gave Bridger a hair cut :) It was on his 6 month mark...it was sad to see some of those inches come off, but it was getting way too long on top and started looking like he had some kind of combover ;)

I have such a great husband and little boy! I feel so blessed.
So much to be thankful for!

Kokopelli Triathlon!

So this post is way overdue...We competed in this triathlon in mid September but I just got around to this. Lately everything on my blog has been centered around Bridger, but here's to celebrating our accomplishments too...

It's weird to think we will be 27 by the end of the year.
The boys started first so here I am with Bridger cheering Tay on for his swim...
Swam in the Sand Hollow Reservoir...here's the boys starting the swim while the girls are getting ready to go...notice the pink swim caps
Tay you rock my world!
Here are the girls coming out...I'm somewhere in there...can't you see me? :)
Big smile...I'm just so glad the swim is over...not my favorite of the three
Tay and I coming into the transition area from the ride...they put one of the biggest steepest hills on that bike course I have ever ridden in my life! Whew!

Tay finishing up his run! (notice the man on the sideline admiring his five finger shoes :)
Good job boys! Shane Markham and Brent Rowland also did the triathlon for their first one and did an awesome job! The Rowlands, Vincents, Thomasons, and Shane Markham came down to St. George with us and it was so much fun! I wish I had more pictures of us just around at the condo etc.
I finished 13th in my age group...I was happy with my time, especially from still not feeling the greatest in shape from baby boy.
I was tired...Tay was definitely a huge support and helped me train, etc.
Medalists :)

Special thanks to our fan/support/amazing photgraphers club: Camellia Rowland, Kekoa and Alyssa Vincent. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the awesome pictures, taking care of Bridger and standing in the sun for hours. You are all amazing!

Peace out...til next summer, triathlons!
